The NextResult() method is used when you send a group of SQL queries to the database in one go, and the resulting DataReader contains more than one result set to scan. You can use the remainder of these properties and methods to extend the previous example. Let s start with the GetXXX(int) methods. These methods allow the DataReader to be queried and the requested data returned in the correct format, so there are, for example, GetString(int), GetInt32(int), and GetBoolean(int) methods.
